Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Documentation Assistant for Institutional Credit to support loan document preparation, tracking deficiencies, and collateral registrations. You will maintain credit folders and ensure regulatory and bank policies are followed, with an emphasis on control and risk monitoring.

You will collaborate with various teams, gain exposure to real estate and chattel mortgage processes, and develop your career within Metrobank's Credit Group's institutional credit division.

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents and track document deficiencies.
• Handle registration/encumbrance of collateral and safekeeping of credit folders.
• Ensure controls are in place and risks are identified, reported and monitored as per policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Be mentored by experts in real estate and chattel mortgage.
