Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Prepare collection performance and aging reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer transactions.
