Competenze

• 1–3 years of experience in credit and collections, accounts receivable, or related financial/billing roles.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles (GAAP or relevant standards).
• Ability to negotiate and follow up professionally with clients.

• Manage the accounts receivable ledger to ensure timely customer payments.
• Contact customers to follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare periodic reports on collection performance and credit status.
