The Creative Specialist is responsible for producing engaging visual and digital content that supports the company’s branding, marketing, and communication initiatives. The role focuses on graphic design, short‑form video content (reels), and creative execution for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing and branding materials such as posters, flyers, banners, product visuals, and social media graphics.
• Create short‑form video content and reels for social media and digital platforms.
• Assist in conceptualizing creative ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Edit photos and videos for online and offline use.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team for content schedules and creative requirements.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative outputs.
• Organize and maintain creative files, templates, and asset libraries.
• Assist in preparing content for product launches, promotions, events, and corporate communications.
• Revise designs based on feedback and project requirements.
• Stay updated with design trends, formats, and social media content styles.

Required Qualifications

• Educational Attainment: College graduate (or equivalent level).
• Work Experience: At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and short‑form video/reel creation.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
