Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support development and adaptation of sponsorship and partnership decks.
• Create GTM and commercial presentation materials that align with brand systems.
• Prepare client-facing branded content proposals and event collateral.
• Execute creative assets across social, digital, and print formats.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across decks and assets.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Events, Ops, and Ticketing teams.

Tatler Asia is seeking a Creative Solutions Designer to support the Mega Events creative

This role focuses on the development and execution of pitch decks, branded content materials,

marketing assets, and event collateral within established creative systems. The designer will

work closely with the Creative Solutions Manager to deliver high-quality, consistent outputs

across commercial, marketing, and event-facing touch points.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Decks & Commercial Materials

• Support the development and adaptation of:
• Sponsorship and partnership decks
• GTM and commercial presentation materials
• Client-facing branded content proposals
• Ensure decks remain visually strong, consistent, and aligned with established visual systems

Design Execution & Asset Production

• Adapt and execute creative assets across multiple formats, including:
• Social and marketing content
• Event collateral and on-ground materials
• Digital assets and presentation materials
• Prepare files for digital, print, and large-format production
• Execute revisions, resizes, and variations efficiently under tight timelines
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables

Brand System Support

• Work within established event visual systems and creative direction
• Ensure consistency across branding, layouts, typography, and design application
• Support the refinement and rollout of scalable event brand systems

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, Events, Ops, and Ticketing
• Support fast-moving project timelines while maintaining execution quality
• Respond to feedback and revisions quickly and accurately

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, branded content, creative production, or a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Google Slides / PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Strong layout, typography, and presentation design skills
• Experience creating pitch decks, branded content materials, and marketing assets
• Strong proficiency in AI-assisted design and image generation tools to support creative ideation, asset development, and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to adapt existing visual systems across multiple formats and platforms
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in sports, entertainment, luxury, or event-led environments
• Familiarity with event production assets and large-format outputs
• Understanding of social content formats and marketing rollouts
• Basic motion/video understanding is a plus
