Job summary

Jlt Customs Brokerage seeks a creative Multimedia Specialist to produce engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and brand communications. You will plan, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality videos and graphics aligned with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

The role requires proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and motion graphics, with a portfolio of multimedia projects. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams is essential to drive campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Fine Arts, or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in multimedia production, graphic design, video editing, or digital content creation is an advantage.
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form videos, reels, testimonials, and explainers for advertising campaigns and social media.
• Plan, shoot, and edit videos, including event coverage and promotional activities.
• Design static advertising creatives, social media posts, blog visuals, and other marketing materials.
• Create motion graphics, simple animations, and engaging visual content for digital platforms.
• Ensure outputs follow brand guidelines and maintain the brand template library using tools like Canva or Figma.
• Design presentations, email templates, sales materials, and other business collateral.
• Organize, maintain, and update the company's video and brand asset library.
• Develop new creative variations based on performance insights and feedback from the Performance Marketing Specialist.
• Publish and schedule visual content in coordination with the Content Specialist's calendar.
• Coordinate with printers, freelancers, and external vendors for timely delivery of materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Performance, and Sales teams to support branding and campaigns.
