Qualifications

• Relevant degree preferred; strong portfolio and demonstrated creative ability may substitute for formal education where appropriate.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalent design/video tools.
• Strong visual sense in layout, typography, composition, color, image selection and short-form video pacing.
• Able to create attention-grabbing advertising concepts while following the approved brand/brief and business objective.
• Detail-oriented and able to catch spelling, sizing, alignment, export and content errors before submission.
• Fast, adaptable and able to manage multiple revisions/deadlines without losing file organization.
• Open to performance feedback and able to create new variants based on campaign results.
