JOB DESCRIPTION

TheCreative Specialist will lead the creation of visually compelling designs and marketing materials that highlight our lampshade and lighting products. This role requires strong creative direction, multimedia skills, and an eye for design to enhance product appeal, support marketing initiatives, and strengthen brand identity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop creative concepts and designs for marketing materials such as catalogs, product packaging, brochures, point-of-sale displays, and digital content.
  • Produce and edit high-quality videos for product showcases, online campaigns, and social media platforms.
  • Create digital marketing assets using Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, and other creative tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Support in-store displays, trade shows, events, and promotions by producing visual concepts and materials.
  • Review all creative outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Coordinate with external partners such as videographers, photographers, illustrators, and print suppliers.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in creative, multimedia, or design roles—preferably within retail, lighting, home décor, or similar industries.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Skilled in Canva Pro for daily content creation.
  • Strong sense of branding, visual design, and storytelling.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
PREFFERED/PLUS SKILLS
  • Dialux knowledge for lighting visualization (advantage but not required).
  • AutoCAD skills for basic technical drawings or product layout assistance (plus but not mandatory).
  • Experience in 3D modeling or product rendering.
  • Photography or videography background.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media content trends.
