PrimeSearch Service Provider Corporation in Angeles, Philippines is seeking a Cake Designer to create and decorate custom and standard cakes, cupcakes, and seasonal pastries with precise icing, piping, and edible decorations.

You will follow production plans, stock display cases with high-quality goods, manage prep and inventory, uphold sanitation standards, and assist members with special cake requests.

Responsibilities

• Cake Design & Decoration: Ice, pipe, and decorate custom and standard cakes, cupcakes, and seasonal pastries using spatulas, piping bags, and various edible mediums.
• Production & Quality Control: Follow daily production plans to ensure display cases are stocked with high-quality, visually appealing baked goods.
• Inventory & Preparation: Prepare icings, fillings, and toppings ahead of time; monitor baking supplies and report inventory shortages.
• Sanitation & Safety: Keep the workstation, tools, and display areas clean and compliant with health and sanitation regulations.
• Customer Service: Assist warehouse club members with special cake requests or inquiries in a polite and helpful manner.
