Qualifications

• Strong passion for the food, wine, and beverage industry.
• Willingness to undergo an intensive 8-week structured learning and assessment program.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude.
• High level of accountability, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and hospitality service is a plus, but not required—we will train you!

Responsibilities

• Beverage & Bar Service: Prepare and serve non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, juices, craft cocktails, beers, spirits, and wine with proper measurements, technique, and presentation.
• Wine & Bar Knowledge: Learn grape varieties, by-the-glass offerings, bottle service, keg maintenance (using CO2), and equipment care (espresso machines, beer taps, undercounter chillers).
• Guest Service & Order Taking: Greet guests warmly, explain menu offerings, take food and beverage orders, punch items into the POS system, process bills, and uphold our brand standard of service.
• Floor & Station Upkeep: Maintain table setups, perform bussing, execute opening/mid/closing duties, manage inventory counts, and ensure indoor/al fresco dining spaces are clean and organized.
• Operational Excellence: Follow standard sequence of service, participate in daily briefings, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
