Job summary

Reyes Tacandong & Co. in the Philippines seeks an Advisory Associate for Internal Audit and Risk Consulting.

You will work with Managers and Senior Associates across engagements, from planning to final reports. The role involves risk-based, data-driven audits, co-sourcing with client internal audit teams, IA setup and transformation, quality assessments, ERM design, fraud investigations support, and ongoing client communication.

Qualifications

• CPA certification is required.
• Experience in Accounting, Audit, or a related field is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong IT skills with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end internal audit services from planning to reporting.
• Collaborate on co-sourcing engagements across locations.
• Assist IA setup and transformation initiatives.
• Participate in quality assessment reviews against standards.
• Assist with Enterprise Risk Management design and implementation.
• Support fraud investigation and forensic services as needed.
• Maintain effective client communication and document handling.
