Harmony Travel and Management Consultancy Inc. is seeking a CPA with strong controllership and compliance skills to lead accounting functions at our Manila office.

The role focuses on governance, internal controls, tax compliance, and financial reporting for a growing travel and immigration services company. The candidate will supervise accounting staff, oversee payables and receivables, and ensure timely closing of books.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including controllership responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy is required.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and BIR regulations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced Google Sheets/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and process improvement.
• Oversee financial processing, payroll, and tax compliance.
• Prepare timely financial statements and variance analyses.
• Ensure internal controls to safeguard assets and accurate reporting.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
• Implement automation to streamline finance operations.
