A staffing solutions firm is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager with a CPA qualification preferred to oversee accounting operations for retail stores. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 5 years of experience, and proficiency in accounting software like Peachtree. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in FMCG or Pharmaceutical.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting of the company's retail stores.
• Maintain documentation for all work product, including month-end closing work papers.
• Prepare detailed account reconciliations and accurate journal entries.
• Monitor forecast vs Actual expenses and prepare budgets.

Skills
