Job summary

RTX is seeking a Cost Roll Analyst to support our finance operations in the Philippines. You will review and process cost data, validate components and coordinate with Site Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve discrepancies.

You will gain insight into standard costing, ERP costing processes, and how updates flow into financial reporting. The role emphasizes accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to investigate variances and discrepancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with data validation, lookups and pivots.

Responsibilities

• Review and process Cost Roll data in the JDE E1 system.
• Validate material, labor, overhead and other cost components.
• Coordinate with Site Finance, Operations and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
• Monitor Cost Roll timeline and escalate delays as needed.
