Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY

The Cost Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the review and monitoring of the Construction Costs her assigned projects. Responsible for the monitoring of Project Schedule / S-Curve and EOT of all projects. Works together with the Cost Monitoring Team for the generation of the Monthly Consolidated Cost Monitoring Report and POC Report. Assists the Cost Engineering Manager on all cost monitoring and project schedules concern.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors compliance on the completeness and timely submission of Monthly Reports (including Cost & Change Orders Monitoring, Progress Photos, CM Directors Report etc.)
• Works together with Assistant Cost Engineering Manager for the monitoring of the Percentage of Completion (POC) Certifications of all projects including Project S-Curve Schedule’s monitoring and EOT (Extension of Time) monitoring.
• Reviews the Cost Monitoring Reports and Change Order Reports of her assigned projects (including the monitoring of Supplemental Budgets, Budget Transfers) and works together with the Cost Monitoring Team for the generation of the Consolidated Cost Monitoring Report.
• Assist in the compilation of the Consolidated Cost Monitoring Report
• Coordinates and reconciles all cost monitoring concern of her assigned projects to the Construction Management Division (e.g. Project Managers / Officers / External Construction Managers), and Accounting Department
• Monitors and reviews Change Orders of her assigned projects for endorsement
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering field from a reputable College or University and possessing a valid PRC licensed or its equivalent
• 3 to 5 years work experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Monitoring / Change Orders Monitoring
• Computer Skills: MS Word, SAP, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
• Good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
