A leading construction firm is seeking a Cost Engineering Supervisor to oversee the review and monitoring of construction costs. This role involves collaboration with the Cost Monitoring Team to generate reports and manage project schedules. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, alongside strong communication and analytical skills. This position offers opportunities to enhance project efficiency and ensure compliance with cost management practices.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years work experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Monitoring / Change Orders Monitoring.
• Valid PRC license or its equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance on timely submission of Monthly Reports.
• Works with the Assistant Cost Engineering Manager on POC Certifications.
• Reviews the Cost Monitoring Reports and Change Order Reports.
• Assists in the compilation of the Consolidated Cost Monitoring Report.
• Coordinates with Construction Management Division.
