Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant cost accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost analysis, inventory costing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with management.
