Brent Express Build Inc. on-site in Tarlac is seeking an Internal Auditor with 5+ years in manufacturing cost accounting. You will audit cost accounting, inventory, and payroll, track operational efficiency, and deliver analytics to management. Candidates with LPG cylinder fabrication experience are preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Finance is required; strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Key responsibilities of an Internal Auditor are as follows:

1. Cost Accounting & Inventory Audit
   • Conduct regular audits of raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods (requalified/maintained LPG cylinders).
   • Audit and verify the accuracy of the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by analyzing direct materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead.
   • Identify variances between standard costs and actual costs in the requalification process and investigate root causes.
   • Provide accurate cost data and analytics to management.
2. Operational & Logistics Efficiency Tracking
3. Labor & Payroll Audit
   • Audit timekeeping records, verifying the exact number of hours rendered by plant and logistics employees against production output.
4. Data Analytics & Reporting
   • Perform financial and operational analytics.
5. Government & Regulatory Compliance
   • Audit operational processes to ensure statutory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting and auditing.
