Job summary

We Search @ Searchers & Staffers Corp. is hiring for an on-site cost accounting role in Pasig. You will ensure accurate product costing across manufacturing sites, reconcile CO/RO/PO/DO/MO, analyze variances, and maintain inventory and BOMs using M3 ERP.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Accounting with at least 2 years in cost accounting within manufacturing, strong Excel and ERP skills, and excellent English communication. Proximity to Pasig or Cavite will determine office placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
• At least 2 years of cost accounting/finance or budgeting in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Office assignment based on proximity to Pasig or Cavite.
