About the role

We are looking for Cosmetics Beauty Advisors who are passionate about beauty, skincare, and makeup to join our retail team. As a Cosmetics Beauty Advisor, you will assist customers in choosing suitable beauty products, provide product recommendations, support sales activities, and maintain an attractive and organized product display.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection based on their beauty needs, preferences, and budget.

• Provide recommendations and product information on cosmetics, makeup, and skincare products.

• Demonstrate proper product usage, makeup techniques, and basic skincare routines when needed.

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Promote products, introduce new launches, and perform cross-selling and upselling.

• Maintain proper product displays, shelves, and merchandising standards.

• Monitor product availability and coordinate replenishment when necessary.

• Stay updated on beauty trends, cosmetics, skincare products, and makeup techniques.

• Perform other retail and store-related tasks as assigned.

About you

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level/Graduate.
• Experience in retail sales, cosmetics, skincare, makeup, beauty, customer service, or related industries is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with strong customer-facing or sales experience are welcome to apply.
• Passionate about beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and makeup.
• Basic knowledge of makeup, skincare, color theory, and shade matching is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented, approachable, and confident when assisting customers.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work toward sales targets and KPIs.
• Willing to work in a mall/retail environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Willing to be assigned to the designated branch/location.
