Job Description

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Support long-term strategic planning and business expansion initiatives
• Deliver performance insights through KPIs, variance analysis, and dashboards
• Evaluate investments and strategic projects using NPV, IRR, and payback analysis
• Support capital planning and funding strategy alongside Treasury
• Prepare board reports and investor presentations

The Successful Applicant

• 5-8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking
• Experience in financial services, banking, or microfinance preferred
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• MBA or CFA is an advantage
• Advanced Excel skills; BI tools experience is a plu
