Job summary

VAP is seeking a versatile Graphic Designer with strong corporate marketing experience to create, adapt, and maintain high quality marketing assets across digital and print channels. You will work on brochures, presentations, social media graphics, email templates, web banners, and other collateral while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and industry design principles.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an in-house or corporate marketing design environment.
• Strong layout, typography, visual communication, and creative execution.
• Experience interpreting creative briefs and translating requirements into polished design outputs.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines and applying them across asset types and platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Figma, with familiarity with Adobe XD and Sketch.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Apple macOS.
• Excellent artwork file organisation and asset management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, quality control, and follow-through.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise multiple projects.
• Clear written and verbal English communication with international teams.
• Creative problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Amenable to working on-site in our Cebu office (IT Park, Cebu City).

Responsibilities

• Create marketing collateral across digital and print channels, including brochures, POS materials, email templates, social graphics, web banners, presentations, event graphics, infographics, and sales materials.
• Resize, adapt, and prepare artwork for different formats, platforms, and use cases.
• Design and update artwork with dynamic and responsive template requirements.
• Maintain and evolve brand identity and assets, including guidelines.
• Ensure consistency and professionalism within client brand guidelines.
• Review templates for design quality and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Interpret briefs and translate requirements into effective visual solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver assets on time.
• Interface with clients when required to clarify needs and provide design advice.
• Organise and maintain artwork files and assets for easy access.
• Manage multiple projects at different stages while meeting deadlines.
• Follow established design direction while contributing ideas and solutions.
