Job summary

Primover Consultancy Services, Inc. is seeking a Credit Evaluation professional to assess corporate borrowers and their major stakeholders. You will conduct interviews, validate business operations, and review external credit data to determine risk and loan viability.

The role requires analyzing financial statements, preparing credit proposals, and presenting recommendations to CreCom. Prior experience with corporate loans and due diligence will be a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in credit evaluation and financial analysis.
• With commercial banking/financing company credit evaluation/underwriting experience.
• Experience handling corporate loans (B2B) with focus on business loans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessment on the corporate borrower and its major shareholders/directors.
• With Account Officer, conduct interviews and inspections to determine risk profile and validate operations.
• Check Loandex, NFIS, and other credit bureaus.
• Conduct trade checks with borrowers' customers and suppliers.
• Analyze and validate submitted bank statements.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or any other related field.
• Atleast 3 years of experience in Credit Evaluation and Financial analysis of
• Withcommercial banking/financing company credit evaluation/underwriting experience
• corporate loans.
• for corporate accounts, focus on business loans.
• With experience in handling corporate accounts with min. of AF exposure of 1M.
• Experience in client visits and CRECOM is an advantage.
• must have experience handling corporate loans (business to business).

Job Responsibilities

• Conducts initial assessment on the corporate borrower and its major shareholders/directors and lays out the necessary and further clarifications.
• Together with the Account Officer, conducts interviews and ocular inspections with the client to determine the risk profile of the borrower and to validate the business operations.
• Checks the Loandex, NFIS, and other third-party applicable credit bureaus.
• Conducts trade checking with borrowers' customers and suppliers;
• Analysis and validation of the submitted bank statements.
• Prepares financial spreadsheets based on the audited financial statements to determine the capacity of the borrower to pay.
• Prepares in-depth credit proposals after gathering all the necessary information, which include but are not limited to:
• Company background
• Financial analysis (Ratios, AFS entry movement – favorable and not favorable)
• Summary of the trade and bank checking, field visit conducted
• Recommendation on the loan package
• Prepares 3-year financial projection only when necessary.
• Presents the Credit Proposal to the CreCom depending on the credit limit endorsed.
• Conducts loan reviews, line renewals, and new line availment when necessary.
• Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
