Cellexia Labs currently serves customers in markets all over the world, with our fastest-growing communities in Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia. You'll write the copy that sits at the center of our growth. It's work that goes live quickly and is measured by real results, so you'll know what worked within days. For a gifted writer who's fascinated by persuasion and wants their work judged by results, this is a rare opportunity: ownership of the voice of a growing brand.

Job responsibilities include:

• Write words that move people. Stories and copy that pull a skeptical reader in, build belief, and move them to act. You'll lead with the angle, the hook, and the proof that earn the click and the order.
• Script video that holds attention. Write the scripts for the videos that carry our brand: the hook in the first seconds, the story that keeps people watching, and the line that closes it.
• Own the brand voice. Make Cellexia Labs sound like itself everywhere a customer meets us: confident, clear, and credible.
• Turn insight into messaging. Dig into customer reviews, support conversations, and ingredient science to find the language customers actually use, then build every piece around it.
• Make complex things simple. Take formulation details and ingredient science and turn them into benefits a customer understands in seconds, while staying accurate and compliant.
• Test relentlessly. Ship variations of angles, hooks, and openings, read the results with the marketing team, and double down on what wins. Your best work is the work the data backs.

• Command of the craft. You write sharply and clearly, and you can tell a line that lands from one that merely sounds good. You edit your own work hard.
• A pull toward persuasion. You're fascinated by what makes people say yes: the customer's doubts, the offer, the proof, the words that earn trust. You don't need a background in sales or persuasion.
