Job summary

Success Human Resource Centre Pte Ltd recruits for a Bank Compliance Auditor in Singapore. The role emphasizes MAS Balanced Scorecard checks, reviews of customer complaints, and independent assessments of investment sales to maintain regulatory compliance.

The position is a 1-year contract, based at Raffles Place with relocation to Punggol in Q2 2027. A degree with 3+ years in banking sales compliance and strong analytical and computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree with minimum of 3 years of sales compliance experience in the banking sector.
• Good knowledge of regulations governing the sale of investment products to retail customers (e.g. Financial Advisory Act, MAS Guidelines on Fair Dealing).
• Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Great computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; programming skills).
• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform checks under the MAS Balanced Scorecard Framework for sales representatives and the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Monitor BSC results, identify root causes of lapses, and pursue remediation.
• Conduct training on BSC Framework for new hires and guide new supervisors on BSC checks and complaint investigation.
• Provide independent review of customer complaints relating to investment sales.
• Keep checks current with regulatory developments and internal processes.
• Automate independent sales audit workflow using RPA, system automation and AI.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Perform checks and fulfil all relevant requirements under the MAS Balanced Scorecard Framework (such as client surveys, document checks, mystery shops, FAA complaints assessment) for sales representatives and the Bank’s policies and procedures.

• Monitor the BSC results, identify root causes of significant lapses and common errors, and pursue remediation.

• Conduct training on BSC Framework for new hires, and guide new supervisors on BSC checks and complaint investigation.

• Provide independent review of customer complaints relating to investment sales.

• Keep checks current with developments in the regulatory environment and the internal processes and systems.

• Automate independent sales audit workflow by leveraging on RPA, system automation and AI.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Salary: Up to $5000

Period: 1 year contract

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Location:Raffles Place, with relocation to Punggol in Q2 2027
