Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Contract Artist with extensive knowledge and advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint presentation creation, design, and production. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience developing high-quality, professional presentations from concept to completion, with the ability to transform raw content, complex information, and business data into visually compelling and well-structured presentations.

This role requires more than basic PowerPoint editing or formatting. The successful candidate must demonstrate a deep understanding of PowerPoint's features and capabilities, including slide design, master slides, custom layouts, animations, transitions, charts, diagrams, and other advanced presentation tools.

At least 50% of the role will involve PowerPoint-related tasks, making strong PowerPoint expertise a non-negotiable requirement. The candidate should be capable of creating presentations from scratch, enhancing existing decks, and producing polished, presentation-ready materials that meet high professional and corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations from scratch, translating briefs, raw content, and business information into professional and visually engaging slide decks.


• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of PowerPoint tools and features to produce sophisticated, well-structured, and visually consistent presentations.


• Design and develop executive presentations, corporate decks, business proposals, sales presentations, pitch decks, and other business-related materials.


• Redesign and enhance existing presentations by improving slide structure, layouts, typography, visual hierarchy, readability, and overall presentation quality.


• Utilize PowerPoint's advanced features, including Slide Master, custom templates, animations, transitions, charts, tables, SmartArt, and data visualization tools.


• Convert complex information, statistics, and concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives through diagrams, infographics, charts, and other presentation elements.


• Apply brand guidelines, color schemes, typography, and design standards consistently across all presentation materials.


• Ensure all presentations are accurate, visually polished, fully editable, and ready for professional delivery.


• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand presentation objectives, target audiences, content requirements, and desired outcomes.


• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.


• Manage multiple presentation projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Perform other creative and graphic production tasks as required, while maintaining a strong focus on PowerPoint presentation creation and production.


• Use Photoshop or Illustrator to adjust artwork to best fit PowerPoint designs.

Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting executive teams, consultants, sales teams, marketing teams, or business development functions., Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or Canva., Experience developing custom PowerPoint templates and branded presentation systems., Experience creating investor pitch decks, financial presentations, strategic business decks, and client-facing proposals., Knowledge of visual storytelling, information design, and effective business communication., Experience working with international clients or within remote teams.
