You will collaborate with marketing, creative, and advertising teams on SEO content, ad copy, and brand messaging, while also editing and proofreading to maintain quality standards. Training is provided with a stipend and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Write high-quality content for websites, landing pages, emails, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Ad & Campaign Copy: Create clear, compelling copy for digital ad campaigns and CTAs; collaborate with ad specialists for A/B testing.
• Brand Voice Alignment: Maintain and guard brand language across marketing and applicant communications.
• SEO Writing: Research keywords and craft content to improve search rankings while staying readable.
• Editing & Proofreading: Review and refine content for clarity, grammar, and brand alignment.

Position Overview

The Content Writer creates clear, persuasive, and engaging written content that supports both client-facing and applicant-facing marketing efforts. This role ensures that all messaging reflects Cyberbacker's brand voice and values while driving measurable results across websites, ads, emails, and social media. The Content Writer works closely with the marketing, creative, and advertising teams to deliver content that informs, inspires, and converts.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Write high-quality content for websites, landing pages, emails, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Develop long-form articles and blogs tailored for both client-facing and applicant-facing audiences.
• Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with marketing goals.

Ad & Campaign Copy

• Create clear, compelling copy for digital ad campaigns, including headlines, calls-to-action, and promotional messaging.
• Collaborate with ad specialists to A/B test copy variations to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences to ensure relevance and impact.

Brand Voice Alignment

• Maintain consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all marketing and applicant communications.
• Serve as a guardian of brand language, ensuring every piece of content reflects company values and standards.
• Partner with marketing directors to refine messaging frameworks when needed.

SEO Writing

• Research and integrate targeted keywords into blogs, articles, and website copy.
• Write content that improves search rankings while maintaining natural readability.
• Collaborate with the SEO Web Developer to align content strategies with SEO goals.

Editing & Proofreading

• Review and refine content created by team members to ensure clarity, grammar, and brand alignment.
• Proofread and edit all content before publication.
• Check and approve captions for social media posts, ensuring professionalism and consistency.

General Requirements

• Good command of the English language

Device Specifications

• Intel core i3 (6th to 12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent is highly required
• Windows or Mac is acceptable
• At least 8GB of RAM with 60 GB of free hard disk space available
