Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of professional writing experience in journalism, research writing, B2B content, or editorial publishing.
• Experience writing case studies, research articles, white papers, or analytical business content.
• Strong portfolio showing original reporting, structured thinking, and depth of analysis.
• Ability to conduct interviews, extract insights, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative information.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with clarity and factual accuracy.
• Ability to generate content ideas and story angles independently.
• Strong time management and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Write original client case studies documenting results, processes, and business impact.
• Produce research papers and white papers analyzing outcomes, outsourcing performance, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Write company newsletters and updates highlighting milestones, client wins, product launches, and developments.
• Propose story ideas and research topics to the marketing and leadership team based on trends and data.
• Conduct interviews with clients, account managers, executives, and subject-matter experts.
