Job summary

Freelancer.com is seeking a content production specialist in Manila to transform briefs into finished collateral across Freelancer, Escrow.com and Loadshift. You will work with the Manila content team, delivering assets for landing pages, emails, social, decks and videos, while adhering to brand voices.

Role focuses on production rather than campaign running, with collaboration with a Motion Designer and Communications Officer.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing, content production, design or communications.
• Proficiency with video editing software – Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong written English across landing pages, social captions and video scripts.
• Ability to take briefs and produce finished, on-brand collateral without heavy back-and-forth.
• Comfortable working across three distinct brand voices in the same day.
• Organised and self-directed with ability to manage multiple briefs and deadlines remotely.

Responsibilities

• Produce marketing collateral across formats: landing pages, one-pagers, emails, social tiles, decks.
• Turn briefs into finished assets following brand guidelines for Freelancer, Escrow.com and Loadshift.
• Support campaigns with web copy, social graphics, video and one-pagers from a single brief.
• Maintain output velocity within the content production pipeline without quality loss.
• Edit interview footage, screen recordings and clips into polished social and marketing videos.
• Create platform-native cuts (Reels, Shorts) and case-study/explainer content.
• Collaborate with Motion Designer to combine video, graphics and animation.
