Job summary

Moom Health Services Pte Ltd is hiring a Content Associate to create short-form content for Moom in the Philippines. The role focuses on filming, editing, and delivering content across Moom's social channels with on-site shoots at various locations.

You’ll translate trends into authentic content, produce a variety of formats, and collaborate with creators and the Moom team. Evening/weekend work may be required to capture timely events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media.
• Strong instinct for TikTok / Reels content.
• Comfortable filming in public and directing simple shoots independently.
• Able to edit quickly using CapCut, InShot, or similar.
• Organised and able to manage multiple content pieces at once.

Responsibilities

• Ideate and develop creative, social-first content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other short-form platforms.
• Stay on top of trends and turn them into authentic Moom content.
• Own the content creation process from concept and scripting to filming, editing and delivery.
• Create varied content including educational, entertaining, UGC, trend-led and behind-the-scenes videos.
• Collaborate with creators, KOLs, experts and the Moom team to bring ideas to life.
• Attend events to capture real-time content; occasional evenings or weekends.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve creativity.
