Job summary

ClearSource is hiring a Content & AEO Associate to drive content production for marketing, including social content, video scripts, and on-page SEO improvements. You will ensure accuracy, maintain brand voice, and publish across the CMS with adherence to review gates.

With 2–3 years of content experience and a portfolio for international audiences, you will collaborate with senior writers and editors to optimize discoverability and user experience while working from our Pasig office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years producing content in marketing/editorial roles.
• English portfolio for US/international audience.
• Experience across long-form web/blog content, short-form social copy, and scripts.
• Able to follow briefs and hand work to editors.
• Familiar with SEO basics and on-page corrections.
• Comfort with publishing in a CMS (WordPress/HubSpot/Webflow).
• Basic HTML to correct links, headings, and alt text.
• Ability to read Google Analytics and Google Search Console reports.

We are hiring a Content & AEO Associate to be the content production engine for our marketing team. You will draft written content for our senior writers to finish and publish, and you will independently produce social media content, video scripts, and supporting copy across our channels. Alongside content production, you will build a working understanding of search and answer engine optimization (SEO and AEO) and take ownership of implementing the on-page and technical fixes the marketing team identifies. This is a role for a strong writer who wants to grow into how AI-generated search is reshaping discoverability.

Key responsibilities

Draft written content to brief across the company website, blog, landing pages, and sales enablement assets, at a standard that allows our senior writers to finish and publish with editing rather than rewriting.

Write social media content for our channels, adapting a single message across platforms and formats without losing the brand voice.

Write video scripts and supporting copy, including hooks, on-screen text, captions, and calls to action.

Research topics and gather source material, including interviewing internal subject matter experts where the content requires it.

Apply our brand voice and editorial standards consistently across every format.

Structure written content so it performs in both traditional search and AI-generated answers: direct answers placed early, question-led headings, clear definitions, and scannable formatting.

Implement on-page SEO and technical corrections identified by the marketing team, including meta descriptions, title tags, heading structure, broken links, image alt text, and internal linking.

Publish and update content accurately in the CMS, following the agreed workflow and review gates.

Maintain the content calendar and flag risks to deadlines early rather than at the deadline.

Verify every fact, figure, and claim before handing work on, including any output produced with the assistance of AI tools.

About you

At least 2 to 3 years producing written content in a marketing, agency, or editorial environment.

A portfolio of published work in English for a US or international audience.

Proven range across formats: long-form web or blog content, short-form social copy, and script or video writing.

Experience writing to a brief and handing work to an editor, rather than owning content end to end.

Working familiarity with SEO fundamentals and enough confidence to execute on-page corrections accurately when directed.

Comfortable drafting, publishing, and updating content in a CMS (WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, or similar).

Basic working knowledge of HTML, sufficient to correct links, headings, and alt text without breaking a page.

Able to read and interpret Google Analytics and Google Search Console reporting.

Working knowledge of social scheduling and lightweight design tools (Canva or similar).

Exceptional written English, with strong command of grammar, clarity, and tone.
