This is a growth role offering mentorship from senior leadership and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic compliance function – ideal for a self-starter who is hungry to learn and able to work independently.**Key Responsibilities*** Support compliance operations, metric reporting, and centralization initiatives across Banking & Markets (B&M) Compliance* Support the integration of emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven analytics) and evolving regulatory requirements into compliance operations to enhance efficiency, transparency, and scalability of the control environment* Build and maintain metric dashboards and reporting in Power BI or equivalent to support leadership updates* Coordinate compliance projects and workstreams – including the Compliance Risk Assessment for B&M Compliance* Manage ongoing registration and licensing processes and serve as a resource to the Head of NA Securities Finance Compliance & Compliance Operations* Prepare and distribute the twice-monthly Compliance Connect newsletter* Proactively manage deliverables and dependencies, anticipating potential issues, escalating roadblocks in a timely manner, and driving resolution with an end‐to‐end ownership mindset.* Support additional initiatives, priorities, and responsibilities as required to ensure the effective execution and resilience of the B&M Compliance function.**Qualifications*** 5-6 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk, financial services, or related field* Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or data tools a plus* Ability to work independently, continuous improvement mindset with strong problem-solving, prioritize effectively, and deliver with minimal supervision* Stakeholder management and relationship-building skills**Working with Us:**As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
