Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, and execute construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality specifications.
• Develop comprehensive project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when deviations from the plan occur.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs to maximise profitability.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with safety standards, building codes, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and progress reports.
• Communicate project status updates to clients, senior management, and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
