Stfrancis is seeking a Procurement Engineer to conduct technical evaluations of construction materials and equipment, collaborating with project managers to define material requirements and ensure compliance with specifications.

The role involves sourcing compliant materials, participating in supplier evaluations, resolving procurement issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of construction materials and technology to optimize the procurement process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience as a purchaser related to construction is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge with construction materials, their specifications, and usage in civil, electrical, or mechanical projects.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
