Job summary

FEU is seeking a Civil Engineer to manage procurement and monitoring of construction materials, budgets, and project expenses for Manila and provincial assignments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer. You will handle material requisitions, monitor budgets, and assist engineers by preparing necessary documents and reports for multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• Familiarity with documentation and material requisition.

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement of construction materials.
• Regularly monitor materials, budget, and expenses.
• Generate or assist in preparing regular project expense reports, materials monitoring KPIs, and other reports required by other departments.
• Assist higher-level engineers in daily workload.
• Prepare necessary documents for all office activities and transactions.
