Job summary

MORE Business Center is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support the Accounting Manager with financial statements, reporting, and analyses in a dynamic environment.

You will help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, monitor cash flows, and oversee payables and receivables while ensuring compliance with tax requirements and established accounting procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in making Financial Statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Accounting Manager in preparation of Financial Statements
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting reports such as income statements
• Analyze and check collection of Accounts Receivable
• Oversee credit and collection, accounting and finance of the company
• Assist Accounting Manager in monitoring cash flows
• Monitor and supervise all company payables, liquidations, reimbursement and payments
• Prepare monthly balance sheet and monitor chart of accounts
• Record book entries related to tax and compliance in Expanded Tax, VAT, etc.
• Assist Accounting Manager in developing and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Assist in scheduled inventory
