Job summary

DBA Advisory is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Estimator in Subic/Clark to prepare estimates and bids for clients, reading blueprints and using AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and SketchUp for quantity take-offs and BOQ development.

The role covers estimating across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, tender management, and project coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders. Strong English communication, organization, and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in Architecture or related field.
• Experience in construction estimating and tendering.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs and tender documents.
• Proficiency with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to invitations to tender based on project requirements.
• Review plans, drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Identify trade requirements for tendering.
• Perform quantity take-offs using estimating software.
• Prepare detailed estimates, BOQs, and tenders.
• Estimate projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Assist in cost analysis, contract docs, and BOQs.
• Prepare budget breakdowns and bid summaries.
• Communicate with project estimators and stakeholders.
• Liaise with subcontractors for pricing and quotations.
