Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking an Asset and Configuration Analyst to join our Service Management group onsite at BGC, Taguig. You will drive ITIL-aligned asset and configuration practices across teams and vendors, maintain the CMDB, and ensure governance and compliance to service levels.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of experience in the ICT industry.
• Proven expertise in ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and experience in people management.
• Analytical mindset with experience in financial analysis and benefit tracking.
• Knowledge of PMBOK and/or PRINCE2 methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as SharePoint, ServiceNow, and Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience with MS Project, Project Online, and SQL.
• Background in EPMO frameworks and stage-gate governance.
• Experience in conducting audits and maintaining compliance artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asset and Configuration Management practices by implementing ITSM frameworks, standards, and governance controls across support teams and vendors.
• Own the integrity, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the CMDB to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of Configuration Items (CIs).
• Drive operational governance, audits, and compliance activities to ensure Asset and Configuration Management processes meet service levels and quality standards.
• Partner with Technical Operations, Professional Services teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align lifecycle processes, improve controls, and strengthen governance practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that improve efficiency, service quality, and customer experience outcomes.
• Lead governance forums and stakeholder engagements to monitor performance, drive service improvements, and ensure accountability across responsible capabilities.
• Provide people leadership through coaching, mentoring, capability development, and succession planning while supporting team performance and future leadership growth.

Your Role:

As part of Service Management, Delivery Governance lead the adoption of service management best practices within the Enterprise organisation based upon the IT Infrastructure Library and related frameworks to position as a market leader in delivering ICT services.

Serve as a service management subject matter expert, driving the adoption of Service Asset & Configuration Management processes, and governance across EB and vendors.

Act as a change agent for EB by overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives within their Service Management Tower.

Asset and Configuration Analyst, you will:

• Lead Asset and Configuration Management practices by implementing ITSM frameworks, standards, and governance controls across support teams and vendors
