• Manage clinic email inbox and respond promptly.
• Coordinate care plans with external specialists.
• Process referrals and track diagnostic orders.
• Maintain accurate patient charts in Elation Health.
• Assist digital onboarding via Guava.
• Communicate with outside clinical teams to align appointments.
