Job summary

DigiPlus Interactive Corp in the Philippines is seeking a Concept Artist for the Slots Localization team. You will translate briefs, slot mechanics, market needs, Filipino cultural themes, and provider requirements into concept art, mockups, symbols, characters, environments, and art direction materials.

The ideal candidate has slot game experience, strong fundamentals in illustration and composition, AI imaging proficiency, and flexibility across popular casino visual styles.

Qualifications

• Slot game experience or strong familiarity with casino art.
• Strong illustration, concept design, composition, color and lighting.
• Proficient with AI imaging tools while keeping human artistic judgment.
• Familiar with Filipino culture, local themes and visual references.
• Flexible in a fast, agile pre-production process.
• Comfortable with slot styles (Asian fortune, mythology, fantasy, etc.).
• Balance creative ambition with production feasibility and timelines.
• Communicates ideas clearly through mockups and art documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts based on briefs, product goals, game engines and provider capabilities.
• Create AI-assisted explorations using tools such as ChatGPT, Magnific, Midjourney, Copilot, OpenArt or similar.
• Produce mockups communicating theme, mood, hierarchy, gameplay readability and market appeal.
• Design key slot assets including Wilds, Scatters, High Pays, Low Pays, characters, environments, logos, reel frames, and UI direction.
• Support art direction documents, moodboards, symbol sheets, visual pillars and provider handoff materials.
• Study slot games, competitor titles, BingoPlus references, Filipino themes and provider styles.
• Review provider outputs and give clear feedback on theme clarity, symbol readability, consistency, and BingoPlus quality.
• PLUS: able to create simple animation mockups or motion previews using animation software or AI tools when needed.

About the Role:

The Concept Artist for the Slots Localization team creates fast, clear, and marketable visual directions for localized slot games on the BingoPlus platform. This role translates game briefs, slot mechanics, market needs, Filipino cultural themes, and provider requirements into concept art, mockups, symbols, characters, environments, and art direction materials. The ideal candidate has slot game experience, strong art fundamentals, AI imaging proficiency, and flexibility across many popular casino visual styles.
