• Knowledge of Philippine regulatory and government compliance processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in client management and stakeholder coordination is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements related to immigration, tax, labor, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop structured and actionable compliance solutions based on research and business needs.
• Design implementation plans, workflows, timelines, documentation, and risk assessments.
• Manage end-to-end project execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners such as legal counsel and accountants.
• Liaise with government agencies including BI, DOLE, BIR, PEZA, and BOI for applications and compliance requirements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues or delays.
• Represent the company in meetings and professional engagements with clients, partners, and authorities.
• Communicate compliance strategies, risks, and implementation plans clearly and effectively.
• Provide hands-on support in resolving client compliance and operational concerns.
• Ensure solutions are fully implemented and operationalized.
