Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of auditing, compliance, accounting, or internal controls experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting compliance audits and assessments across departments.
• Review documents, records, procedures, and transactions for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Gather, organize, and analyze audit data and evidence.
• Monitor compliance issues and track corrective action plans until closure.
• Identify control weaknesses, compliance gaps, and potential risks.
• Coordinate with department representatives to obtain required information and documents.
• Support the preparation of audit findings, recommendations, and management reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of audit information and company records.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements affecting the organization.
