Job summary

Pi Energy in the Philippines is seeking a diligent Compliance Analyst to ensure adherence to government financial regulations and to identify and mitigate financial risks.

You will prepare financial statements, manage tax compliance with BIR, VAT, and BOI, audit transactions, maintain reports, and handle regulatory filings with DOE and ERC.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy degree; CPA preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in record-to-report/general accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and SAP.
• Experience in government relations.
• Experience in customer service and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements.
• Manage tax compliance (BIR, VAT, BOI) in coordination with stakeholders.
• Audit financial transactions and review internal controls.

• Manage renewal of business permits and real property taxes.

The Compliance Analyst will primarily be responsible in ensuring that the company is adhering to all financial regulations of the government. They shall be able to identify and mitigate any potential financial risks.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements
• Manage tax compliance (BIR, VAT, BOI) in coordination with other stakeholders
• Audit financial transactions and review internal controls
• Maintain accurate financial reports
• Manage renewal of business permits and real property taxes
• Manage regulatory compliance to the DOE and ERC; file quarterly and annual reports
