The role requires hands-on experience with compensation platforms and SQL scripting to analyze quantitative data. • At least 2 years in college with no back subject/dropped subject.
• 2 years experience in compensation-related functions (Sales compensation, compensation administration, payroll helpdesk, compensation & benefits, finance & accounting, HR shared services).
• Hands-on experience with compensation tools such as Anaplan, Callidus/SAP, OIC, Xactly, Salesforce.
• Experience creating SQL scripts to extract quantitative data.
• Experience with CRM tools and case management.
