Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in Compensation and Benefits or Payroll Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and government compliance requirements.
  • High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timely release of salaries.
  • Maintain employee records related to compensation, benefits, and deductions.
  • Handle government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR compliance.
  • Prepare monthly reports on payroll, headcount, and statutory contributions.
  • Coordinate with executives for budget and payroll reconciliation.
  • Manage employee benefits including leave credits, allowances, and incentives.
  • Support HR initiatives such as performance appraisal implementation and salary adjustments.
  • Assist in compensation benchmarking and salary structuring.
  • Handle employee queries related to pay, benefits, and deductions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
