Job summary

Concentrix Philippines is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our outpatient or hospital-based team. You will work directly with patients, families, and doctors to deliver clinical care, perform patient assessments, and support procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a current PRC RN license, at least two years of relevant experience, and current CPR/First Aid certification. Strong communication and computer skills (MS Word/Excel, Outlook) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Current PRC license as Registered Nurse (RN).
• At least 2 years' work experience in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Current CPR or First Aid certification.
• Ability to work directly with patients, families, and doctors.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Word/Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Secures patient consent and maintains confidentiality of health information.
• Prepares consultation rooms and maintains daily equipment checklist.
• Checks supplies and ensures cleanliness of consult and procedure rooms.
• Queues patients in the clinic information system and guides to service areas.
• Triages patients according to urgency or local health protocols.
• Receives patients, validates identity, and records information.
• Assesses and documents patient's condition, including vital signs and chief complaints.
• Assists doctors during examination or procedures and carries out orders.
• Ensures accurate handover of essential information between shifts.
• Prepares and submits purchase requests for supplies replenishment.
