Job Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records, accident/incident reports, and manage the inventory of medical supplies and medicines.

Assist with annual physical exams, drug testing, and benefits‑related tasks such as HMO and dental plans.

Develop and implement health and wellness programs and conduct health assessments.

Provide initial assessment for illnesses and give over‑the‑counter medication.

Coordinate with external medical facilities or company physicians for further treatment.
