C&L Decor is seeking a reliable Company Driver & Warehouse Assistant to safely transport rental items and assist in warehouse operations for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. This role combines driving with hands-on warehouse work to support deliveries, event setup and pull-out, inventory handling, and warehouse organization.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Professional Driver's License with Restriction Codes 1 and 2.
• At least 3 years of professional driving experience.
• Experience driving four-wheel vehicles and 15-foot trucks.
• Familiar with Metro Manila roads and navigation applications.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late evenings depending on event schedules.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving rental items.
• Able to follow instructions, schedules, and operational checklists.
• Reliable, honest, responsible, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver rental items safely to various event locations and follow delivery schedules.
• Assist with loading, unloading, event setup, and pull-out activities.
• Check and properly handle rental items during delivery and collection.
• Keep company vehicles clean and in good working condition; report maintenance needs.
• Complete delivery records and documents accurately.
• Perform regular warehouse duties when not assigned to deliveries.
• Prepare, inspect, organize, clean, and move rental items.
• Report damaged or missing items immediately.

Job Summary

The Company Driver & Warehouse Assistant is responsible for safely transporting rental items, equipment, and personnel while assisting in warehouse operations. This role supports deliveries, event setup and pull-out, inventory handling, and warehouse organization to ensure smooth daily operations.

What You'll Do

Driving and Delivery

• Safely transport rental items, equipment, and personnel to various event locations
• Follow assigned delivery, pull-out, ingress, and egress schedules
• Assist with loading, unloading, event setup, and pull-out activities
• Check and properly handle rental items during delivery and collection
• Keep company vehicles clean, presentable, and in good working condition
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report repair or maintenance requirements
• Complete delivery records, checklists, and other required documents accurately
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times

Warehouse Responsibilities

• Perform regular warehouse duties when not assigned to deliveries
• Prepare, inspect, organize, clean, and move rental items
• Report damaged or missing items immediately
• Help maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

Compensation And Work Details

• Position: Company Driver & Warehouse Assistant
• Salary Range: PHP 19,693 - PHP 24,000 per month
