Job summary

Xantheng (Subic) International Corporation in Zambales is seeking a driver with valid license and at least 1 year of relevant experience. You will transport personnel and guests, handle documents, and assist with procurement and logistics tasks as needed.

The role requires familiarity with Subic Bay Freeport Zone routes, basic vehicle maintenance, and strong confidentiality. On-site work with overtime and travel as required.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate; college level is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• At least one year of relevant experience as a driver or messenger.
• Familiar with routes within Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Olongapo City, Bataan, Pampanga and nearby provinces.
• Knowledgeable in basic vehicle inspection, preventive maintenance and safe driving.
• Physically fit and able to lift and transport documents and materials.
• Trustworthy, dependable, organized and confidential.
• Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Willing to render overtime, travel and perform other duties.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Officer-in-Charge, Administrative Services Department.
• Provides safe, timely, and professional transportation for company personnel and guests.
• Delivers, collects, and processes official documents and company items.
• Ensures security and confidentiality of documents, cash, and company property.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and travel logs.
• Complies with traffic laws and company vehicle policies.
• Performs purchasing and canvassing by sourcing suppliers and quotations.
• Maintains records of purchases, quotations, receipts, and deliveries.
• Provides administrative support when not driving or purchasing.
• Assists with logistics for meetings, training, and events.
