A transportation services provider is seeking an experienced Executive Driver in Quezon City. The ideal candidate will provide safe, reliable, and timely transportation for a Board Member. Responsibilities include planning routes, maintaining the vehicle, and adhering to strict confidentiality. Candidates must have a valid Professional Driver’s License and a proven safe driving record. Flexibility in work hours, including overtime, is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with appropriate restrictions.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant driving experience, preferably as an executive driver.
• Proven safe driving record with no major traffic violations.

Job Description

Rurex is seeking a qualified and professional Executive Driver to provide safe, reliable, and confidential transportation services for a Board Member. The role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and adherence to company policies and road safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation for the assigned Board Member
• Plan routes and adjust travel schedules to avoid delays and traffic issues
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy at all times
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance
• Observe strict confidentiality regarding company matters and passenger information
• Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
• Perform other duties related to transportation as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License (appropriate restrictions required)
• Minimum 2–3 years relevant driving experience, preferably as an executive or personal driver
• Proven safe driving record with no major traffic violations
• Knowledgeable of local routes, traffic rules, and safety procedures
• Physically fit, dependable, and flexible with work schedules
• Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and good interpersonal skills

Work Schedule

• Flexible hours, including overtime and weekend work as required (paid overtime)
